Awaken Arena further remains committed to ensuring the protection of personal data transferred from Europe to the United States. While the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks have been invalidated, we continue to adhere to the principles of the Privacy Shield for the collection, use, and retention of personal data from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and we seek alternative mechanisms like the SCCs to ensure compliance with data protection requirements when transferring personal data.

Regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States, Awaken Arena complies with standards set by data protection laws for such transfers, ensuring that all personal data is treated with the utmost care and security. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the data protection laws, the latter shall apply.

All personal data that is subject to this privacy policy and is received from individuals who are resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland is covered by Awaken Arena's adherence to rigorous data protection standards unless governed by another adequate transfer mechanism as detailed herein. Awaken Arena is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission or any other statutory body empowered to enforce compliance with the data protection standards we adhere to.

Security

We are committed to keeping personal data secure, and we have implemented contractual, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against its unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. Such measures have been implemented taking into account the state of the art of the technology, their cost of implementation, the risks presented by the processing, and the nature of the personal data. Data Storage Length

Policy Towards Minors

Our website, products, and services are not directed to minors under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal data of a minor under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

Data Protection Rights, and How To Exercise
